Marta Borowska is a senior associate in our Banking & Finance department. In that capacity, she assists clients on various financial and regulatory matters including capital markets, securitization and international financing arrangements. Her clients are financial institutions, sponsors and international corporates.

Prior to joining NautaDutilh, Marta has been working for 7 years in Poland as a Banking & Finance lawyer.

Marta holds a Master in Law from the University of Warsaw (Poland). She is a native polish speaker and she also speaks English and German.
