Séverine Brasseur is a counsel in our Corporate practice with a strong focus on mergers and acquisitions, particularly in the regulated financial sector. She advises Luxembourg and international clients, including financial investors, private equity funds, other investment funds and international groups, on a wide range of corporate matters, cross-border transactions and strategic projects.
Séverine has significant experience advising clients on complex M&A transactions, with particular expertise in transactions involving regulated financial entities.
Before joining NautaDutilh, she spent more than five years at a leading business law firm in Luxembourg, where she progressed from senior associate to counsel.
Originally admitted to the Paris Bar, Séverine is now a member of the Frankfurt and Luxembourg Bars.
