Pauline Zigrand is an associate in our Banking & Finance team. She advises clients on financial and regulatory matters, with a particular focus on capital markets, securitisation, and international financing arrangements. Her clients include financial institutions and multinational corporations.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Luxembourg and a Master’s degree in Economic Law from Aix-Marseille University.
Before joining NautaDutilh, Pauline developed her expertise in various areas of transactional banking in Luxembourg.
She was admitted to the Luxembourg Bar (List II) in 2023.
Pauline is a native French and Luxembourgish speaker, fluent in English, and has an advanced command of German.
