Lisa Schoenmakers is an attorney in the Corporate Department and a member of the Energy and Natural Resources Group of NautaDutilh. She serves as counsel in international and national corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures, as well as in relation to general contractual and commercial issues and in the field of corporate and energy law, including corporate governance.
Lisa was based in our New York office in 2013 and 2014, where she served as Netherlands and Netherlands Caribbean counsel in a variety of international corporate and finance transactions, including loan finance and in the field of capital markets.

Qualifications
Lisa received her LL.M. at Leiden University in 2010. Prior to obtaining her LL.M., she participated in an exchange program at the Law School of Trinity College Dublin. She received her Bachelor's degree at Leiden University.
Lisa is admitted to the Rotterdam Bar and is fluent in Dutch and English.
