- Advising the Dutch State on strategic sale of up to EUR 9.5 billion stake in TenneT Germany to APG, Norges and GIC consortium;
- Advising the Dutch State on strategic EUR 3.3 billion sale of stake in TenneT Germany to German State
- Advising the Dutch Ministry of Finance on a landmark sector agreement with Alliander, Enexis and Stedin concerning future State involvement in the Dutch electricity grid.
- Advising on the acquisition of the Dutch State's equity interest in Stedin.

Qualifications
Lisa received her LL.M. at Leiden University in 2010. Prior to obtaining her LL.M., she participated in an exchange program at the Law School of Trinity College Dublin. She received her Bachelor's degree at Leiden University.
Lisa is admitted to the Rotterdam Bar and is fluent in Dutch and English.
