Notre pratique Corporate/M&A démontre sa réputation d’excellence et sa capacité d’innovation à travers une série de transactions emblématiques. Parmi les opérations les plus marquantes figurent :
- Le projet de fusion entre égaux entre Axalta et AkzoNobel, visant à créer un leader mondial des revêtements valorisé à 25 milliards de dollars ;
- La cession partielle par l’État néerlandais de sa participation dans TenneT Germany, pour un montant de 9,5 milliards d’euros, au consortium composé d’APG, Norges Bank Investment Management et GIC, suivie d’une cession supplémentaire de 3,3 milliards d’euros à la République fédérale d’Allemagne ;
