The French competition authority issued a report following its market study on competition in the cloud sector identifying the main market failures that are likely to arise.
"The development of the cloud sector comes with many concerns and questions, not only in terms of data protection law, but also in terms of competition law," states Vincent Wellens.
In their latest Agefi article, Vincent Wellens and Antoine Pétronin listed some points from this report that merit special attention.
