NautaDutilh has assisted its long-standing client Blinqx in their acquisition of the Kortrijk based company, Geodynamics, from IK Partners and from GeoDynamics’ founders, who will become shareholders in Blinqx.
Closing of the transaction is subject to approval from the Belgian FDI authorities. Geodynamics, founded in 2004, is a Belgium-based company renowned for its SaaS platform that automates, digitises, and innovates complex time and activity registration. The platform primarily serves the construction, service & installation, and cleaning sectors.
This acquisition significantly enhances Blinqx’s international position and GeoDynamics’ solutions complement Blinqx’ solutions for HR & Finance managers. Geodynamics will continue its operations under the leadership of the founders Peter Vermeesch and Stijn Stragier.
