Ottavio Covolo is an associate in our Intellectual Property, Technology and Competition practice. He specialises in technology law, data protection, fintech and e-commerce, both in advisory and litigation matters.
Prior to joining NautaDutilh, Ottavio worked at a magic circle law firm in Luxembourg, with experience in advising clients – including in the financial sector – with data protection and other regulatory matters surrounding the use and incorporation of technology in their business.
Ottavio holds an LLM in Space, Telecommunications and Media Law from the University of Luxembourg (2019). He was admitted to the Luxembourg Bar in 2020.
Ottavio is a native Italian and French speaker, fluent in English. He also has working knowledge of German and Luxembourgish.
