In the 2022 FT Innovative Lawyers Awards, the Financial Times has ranked NautaDutilh as one of Europe's most innovative law firms. Ranked #38 in this year's list, we are the only Benelux headquartered firm ranked in the top-40. Two of our firm's matters and initiatives are highlighted as case studies in best practice in the report.

The advice on Bank Consent Solicitation for Nationale-Nederlanden Bank is lauded as a case study in best practice and "Commended" in the 'legal firsts' category

The firm-wide project 'Professionalise' also draws praise. As a case study for best practice, it is "Commended" in the 'innovation strategy' category. Project Professionalise, is the umbrella under which NautaDutilh take steps towards achieving more verifiable business processes and ethical governance of business operations within our firm.

Established in Europe in 2006, the FT Innovative Lawyers programme is organised by The Financial Times together with RSG Consulting. It celebrates innovation in the legal sector and legal innovators that are passionate about driving innovation in the legal sector to bring good to business and society. The research for the awards assesses law firms on their innovation for clients and in their own business.
