NautaDutilh together with McCann Fitzgerald advised Pollen Street Capital on its minority investment in bunq. The EUR 193 million investment values bunq, a fast-growing neobank currently active in 30 countries, at EUR 1.6 billion.

The transaction involves the acquisition by bunq of Capitalflow Group, an Irish SME credit provider and remains subject to regulatory approval. This acquisition is part of bunq's growth strategy, fueling bunq's international credit activities and strengthening its long-term sustainability and profitability.
