NautaDutilh, alongside U.S. counsel Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP, assisted the Underwriters with the successful EUR 190 million SPAC IPO of Climate Transition Capital Acquisition I B.V. (CTCA1) on Euronext Amsterdam. The group of Underwriters consisted of ABN AMRO Bank N.V.,  Barclays Bank PLC and Morgan Stanley Europe SE.

CTCA1 has been established to focus on accelerating the climate transition and aims to find a suitable partner that operates primarily in, or is headquartered in Europe, including the United Kingdom. CTCA1 has been backed by Climate Transition Capital, which is an investment platform whose mission it is to accelerate the climate transition through the mobilization of the global capital markets.

'This transaction further enhances our market leading ECM franchise’, says Petra Zijp, ‘and we are honored that we were able to assist ABN AMRO, Barclays and Morgan Stanley on this interesting and relevant transaction’.

The NautaDutilh team was led by Petra Zijp and Maaike Lelifeld as the team's core members. Colleagues throughout the firm, including Antonia Netiv, Jochem Polderman, Linda Tomassen, Justine Schellekens, Jules van de Winckel, Chris Warner, Sjuul Jentjens and Ash Beesemer provided invaluable input.
