Diederik's essay, “Bed, Bath and Back to the Supplier”, addresses a key element of Dutch inventory based financing transactions, the right of reclamation (recht van reclame), and how this supplier right can work out in a bankruptcy scenario. It is based on the bankruptcy of the well-known Dutch department store V&D.
