NautaDutilh assisted Triodos Bank on the listing of its Depository Receipts on Euronext Amsterdam. Triodos Bank N.V. achieved a successful listing on Euronext Amsterdam on 18 June 2025. The purpose of the listing is to enhance tradability and accessibility of the Depository Receipts for existing and new investors. Founded in 1980, Triodos is a frontrunner in sustainable banking, with operations in the Netherlands, Belgium, the UK, Spain, and Germany, as well as investment management activities. NautaDutilh has assisted Triodos Bank in achieving its successful listing on Euronext.
