Naomi has broad experience in advising on complex transactions within various sectors including private equity, transport & logistics and real estate & infrastructure, representing clients ranging from startups to multinationals. Her expertise has been further enhanced by having spent almost two years working in our London office. Here, Naomi gained valuable international experience and honed her knowledge on cross-border transactions. She is valued for her legal excellence as well as her pragmatic approach in her advice.
Since joining NautaDutilh, Naomi has distinguished herself through her analytical skills and ability to devise solutions to complex legal issues. Qualifications
Naomi has been a lawyer since January 2018. She is proficient in Dutch and English. Naomi obtained her master's degree in Civil Law from Leiden University and her bachelor's degree from Erasmus University Rotterdam. She joined NautaDutilh in 2018.
