Anke Holtland
Expertise
She advises amongst others a wide range of market parties that are subject to intensive regulatory supervision, including parties in the financial, food and industrial sectors. Drawing on her in-depth knowledge of administrative procedural law, she represents clients in enforcement proceedings brought by regulators across various sectors. She also represents governmental bodies and market parties in administrative proceedings concerning the disclosure of government information.
Anke regularly publishes in legal journals, including 'Privacy & Informatie'.

Qualifications
Anke has extensive administrative law litigation experience: she acted, among others, for public authorities and market parties in a large number of cases involving public access to government information, administrative law enforcement, privacy, environmental law and subsidies.
Anke completed her master's degree in constitutional and administrative law at Leiden University in 2015. She has been working at NautaDutilh since 2020. Anke completed a general administrative law course at the Grotius Academy in 2021. She is a member of the Administrative Law Association (VAR) and the Privacy Law Association (VPR).
