Anke Holtland is a counsel in the Public Law & Regulatory practice. She focuses on administrative (procedural) law in a broad sense, with a specific focus on administrative enforcement, the Open Government Act and privacy legislation.

NautaDutilh's administrative law team represents both companies and public authorities, for which the team litigates and advises. Among other things, Anke advises various parties who regularly face intensive supervision by environmental services. With her in-depth knowledge of administrative procedural law, Anke represents market parties in enforcement investigations by regulators in various sectors. In the past, she represented market parties in the financial, food and industrial sectors in supervisory and enforcement cases in the field of privacy and various (alleged) environmental infringements. Anke regularly publishes in legal journals, including 'Privacy & Information' and 'Environment & Law'.

  • Qualifications

    Anke has extensive administrative law litigation experience: she acted, among others, for public authorities and market parties in a large number of cases involving public access to government information, administrative law enforcement, privacy, environmental law and subsidies.

    Anke completed her master's degree in constitutional and administrative law at Leiden University in 2015. She has been working at NautaDutilh since 2020. Anke completed a general administrative law course at the Grotius Academy in 2021. She is a member of the Administrative Law Association (VAR), the Privacy Law Association (VPR) and the Environmental Law Association (VMR).
