NautaDutilh assisted the founders of Renewaball with the launch of the world's first circular tennis ball. The Renewaball can reduce 970,200 kg CO2 per year in just the Netherlands.

By fully recycling collected tennis balls, they can be used as raw material for new sustainable tennis balls. Renewaball produces its products locally in Europe, to reduce CO2 emissions during production transport. In this way, Renewaball makes a valuable contribution to combating environmental pollution and the climate crisis and makes the sport of tennis sustainable: first in the Netherlands and then worldwide.

ABN AMRO placed collection bins at 100 tennis clubs in the Netherlands. You can drop your used tennis balls here so they can be used to make Renewaballs. Check the overview for a collection point in your neighbourhood.
