Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, teleworking has become the norm for many employees. It was therefore necessary to update the statutory framework. On 20 October 2020, the social partners announced the signature of a new agreement on teleworking, which should soon be declared generally applicable.

What is teleworking? Are all employees covered by the agreement? Which information must be included in the addendum to the employment contract for regular teleworking? What are the rights and obligations of teleworkers? What should you know about the tax treatment and insurance obligations?
