Retail investors can purchase the product via the new investment firm of the a.s.r. group, ASR Vooruit B.V. The capital is invested in three pre-composed mix funds of a.s.r. asset management. NautaDutilh assisted with the licence application of the investment firm, drafting the product conditions, and setting up and registering the investment funds.
