Nina Kielman

Nina Kielman is a Tax Partner resident in our Amsterdam office. She has a special focus on major public and private M&A transactions, including corporate reorganisations and complex cross-border transactions, and is a member of firm’s private equity team. She is very easy-going, commercial, with deep technical knowledge. She makes complex matters simple to understand. Nina has a strong record in the Dutch M&A market and is mandated by notable corporates to assist with the tax structuring of M&A and capital market transactions, as well as tax optimisation issues. She advises both Dutch and international clients on domestic and cross-border mandates. Her work frequently involves partnering with referral firms, mainly in the U.S., the UK, France and Germany. She is ranked ‘Up and Coming’ in Chambers Europe.

Nina has been actively involved in the Foreign Lawyers Forum of the American Bar Association, Section of Taxation between 2015 – 2026, where she served as a (vice-)chair for a number of years.

Qualifications
Nina graduated with two LLM degrees, one in Dutch private law and one in Dutch tax law, both from the University of Amsterdam. In 2011, she joined NautaDutilh. She is admitted to the Amsterdam Bar and the Dutch Association of Tax Advisers (NOB). From 2015 to 2018, she worked in the Firm's New York office.
