NautaDutilh assisted uniQure with their underwritten offering of 4,945,055 ordinary shares at an offer price of USD 45.50 per share. uniQure also granted an over-allotment option to the underwriters to purchase up to an additional 741,758 of ordinary shares. The over-allotment option has been fully exercised on closing, resulting in total gross proceeds for uniQure of approximately USD 225 million. uniQure's ordinary shares are listed on NASDAQ (QURE)
