The conversion is intended to provide the group with a well-established legal and regulatory framework suited to its international corporate, holding and financing structures, offering the group greater operational flexibility to support its long-term strategic growth plans in Europe. The conversion will leave the group's business operations and Euronext Growth Paris listing wholly unaffected, as Atari continues to execute its strategy centered on premium games, retro gaming, publishing and the expansion of its intellectual property portfolio.
NautaDutilh advised on the Luxembourg law aspects of the transaction, working in close collaboration with Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier (Paris) on the French law aspects.
