Bluefield brings lawyers and software engineers together in the same teams. They will develop solutions based on needs they see in day-to-day legal work. By bringing technology closer to the work itself, the firm can develop solutions tailored to the legal and business challenges clients face.
Bluefield complements the leading AI solutions already used across the firm. The platform will use NautaDutilh’s own data and operate within the firm’s security and confidentiality standards. Of course, lawyers remain responsible for client work. While technology changes the way in which we deliver our services, our lawyers’ creativity, review and judgement remain central to how we help our clients succeed.
Partners Jinne van Belle, Sybren de Beurs and Marc Orval will spearhead the development of Bluefield together with Elgar Weijtmans and Niels de Jong. Elgar Weijtmans will lead the team, while Niels de Jong will be responsible for the engineering work.
