During the six-month training programme structured around several main complementary modules, participants will discover the roadmap towards an IPO.
"Tech companies aiming to go public in the next 1 to 3 years will be able to count on NautaDutilh's expertise in equity capital markets, as well as our vast experience in VC/PE-transactions. Ysaline Mouthuy, Olivier Van Wouwe and ourselves are looking forward to starting this six-month journey." say Corporate & Finance Partners Nicolas de Crombrugghe and Philippe Remels.
The programme kicks off with a two-day campus seminar on 26 and 27 January 2023 in Rotterdam. As part of the technical sessions, NautaDutilh will give a session in April around the ESG aspects of an IPO and of a listed company in cooperation with Bank Degroof Petercam.
