Swedish Private Equity firm Summa Equity acquired a majority stake in Intix, a Belgium-based fintech company that provides a real-time compliance and transaction monitoring platform for the financial sector. NautaDutilh acted as legal advisor to Summa Equity in this transaction. 

Summa Equity invests in companies that are solving global challenges and creating positive Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) outcomes for society, in line with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs). With its platform Intix contributes to a safer, transparent, and more inclusive financial system, helping to reduce illicit financial flows, corruption, and financial inequities, thus directly addressing SDG 16.4 (prevention of illicit financial flows) and SDG 16.5 (reduction of corruption).
