Statutory cooling-off period for listed companies as from 1 May 2021
On 1 May 2021, the bill amending Book 2 of the Civil Code on a cooling-off period for the management of listed companies (35 367) will enter into effect. According to the bill, a listed company may impose a cooling-off period of up to 250 days in two cases.
