On Thursday, 30 April, NautaDutilh Avocats Luxembourg hosted a webinar on the remote management of a company in compliance with Luxembourg law in times of COVID-19.

In this webinar, our experts, Margaretha (Greet) Wilkenhuysen and Vincent Wellens, provided some key take aways on how shareholders and board meetings can be held in the current context, how homeworking should be organised in a compliant manner and how to sign validly of business and other agreements from a distance.

The main objectives were:

  • Creating awareness around the legal issues related to remote management;
  • Creating adequate reflexes when deploying virtual corporate governance, homeworking and digital signature strategies;
  • Providing practical solutions that work from a legal perspective.

The webinar can be viewed here.
