NautaDutilh assisted Pharming Group N.V. with the listing of its American Depositary Shares
NautaDutilh successfully assisted Pharming Group N.V. ("Pharming") with the listing of its American Depositary Shares ("ADSs") on the Nasdaq Global Market, effective as per 22 December 2020. Each ADS represents 10 of Pharming's ordinary shares with a €0.01 nominal value. Pharming has not registered any new issuance of securities in connection with this filing. The ordinary shares of Pharming continue to be listed and traded on Euronext Amsterdam.
Pharming is a global, commercial stage biopharmaceutical company developing innovative protein replacement therapies and precision medicines for the treatment of rare diseases and unmet medical needs. NautaDutilh has assisted Pharming on many transactions over the last years, including the EUR 125 mio convertible bonds issue in January 2019.
