Torqx Capital Partners has acquired a majority stake in Ocean Nutrition Europe and Marine Nutrition Thailand (together "Ocean Nutrition").
Headquartered in Belgium, Ocean Nutrition is a premium supplier of fish feed for the aquatics and aquaculture segments. The former owners will continue to be active in the company as shareholders. NautaDutilh represented the owners of Ocean Nutrition in this transaction.
