NautaDutilh assists Bluestar Alliance in Scotch & Soda acquisition
NautaDutilh has assisted New York-based brand management company Bluestar Alliance with its acquisition of fashion brand Scotch & Soda. After the bankruptcy of Amsterdam based Scotch & Soda, Bluestar Alliance negotiated and agreed on an asset deal. The acquisition by Bluestar Alliance will allow for the continuation of the iconic brand and its products across key markets.
Short and intense period
